To kick off Women’s History Month, Dr. Rachel Walker (Assistant Professor, University of Hartford) will join the ITPS-Thomas Paine Cottage Museum author series to discuss themes and topics from her new book, Beauty and the Brain: The Science of Human Nature in Early America (University of Chicago Press, 2022). ITPS Public Historian Dr. Michael Crowder will moderate an audience Q & A session. This is a hybrid event, and virtual participation is available through pre-registration on Zoom Webinar.
